I’m Heechan Jeong, a Korean attorney and the founder of LAWVOT, an AI-powered legal information and analysis platform.

For more than 20 years, my work has focused on privacy, data governance, regulatory compliance, and emerging technology law. Alongside legal practice, I build legal data pipelines, search systems, and AI-assisted tools for legal research.

This blog is a place for notes and essays on legal AI, responsible technology, and the practical work of turning legal knowledge into useful systems. I write from both sides of that work: advising on legal requirements and building products that put them into practice.
